These are in the form of a 'pdf' document, and a separate 'zip' file that contains the images inside each of the releases in greater quality, which we'd recommend you use for printing.

Adobe Acrobat can be used to view the 'pdf' files, and Winzip (or MacZipIt) can be used to open the zip files if you have a problem.
